ON FRIDAY U.S. HOUSE JUDICIARY CHAIRMAN JIM JORDAN R-OHIO SUBPOENAED WILLIS’ OFFICE FOR DOCUMENTS

     “U.S.House Republicans Have Issued A Subpoenaed Fulton County DA Fani Willis To Answer Questions For Allegations Of Misconduct & Misues Of Funds.”

WASHINGTON, NJ.- Amid Allegations of Misconduct and Misusing Federal Funds, on Friday, February 2, 2024, U.S. House Judiciary Chairman Jim Jordan, (R-OH) Issued a Subpoena to DA Fani Willis to hand over all Documents and Communications relating to Federal Funds received by The Fulton County District Attorney’s Office. Willis has also been Accused of Firing a Whistleblower from the Office when they Questioned the Use of Federal Funds.

     During the past two years, Willis has made Headlines as she Charged Former President Trump and 18 others with Allegedly Attempting to Overturn the Results of The 2020 Presidential Election.

     The Subpoena will require Willis to turn over “All Documents And Communications Referring Or Relating To The Fulton County District Attorney’s Office’s Receipt And Use Of Federal Funds, Including But Not Limited To, Federal Funds From The Department Of Justice’s Office Programs, Office Of Juvenile Justice And Delinquency Prevention, and Office Of Community Oriented Policing.” In addition, Willis has been asked to turn over any and all Documents from her Office, “Referring To Or Relating To Any Allegations Of The Misuse Of Federal Funds.”

     Friday’s Subpoena comes after The U.S. Judiciary Committee requested the Documents on Three Separate Occasions, In August 2023, September 2023, and December 2023, which Willis ignored, due to an ongoing investigation.
