U.S. DRONE STRIKE TAKES OUT A HIGH-RANKING COMMANDER IN DOWNTOWN BAGHDAD

TAMPA, FLA.- The U.S. Military carried out a Drone Strike in Baghdad, Iraq late Wednesday that Killed Three Members of The Kata’ib Hezbollah Militia. One of the Three Killed was a High-Ranking Commander who was involved in the January 28th Drone Strike that Killed Three U.S. Troops in Northern Jordan.
In an Official Release from CENTCOM, on Wednesday, February 7, 2024, at 9:30 p.m. Baghdad Time, U.S. Central Command Forces conducted a unilateral strike in Iraq in response to the attacks on U.S. Service Members, Killing a Kata’ib Hezbollah Commander responsible for directly planning and participating in attacks on U.S. Forces in The Region.
The Strike, took place in Baghdad’s Mashtal Neighborhood while the three were Driving in an SUV on a main roadway. One of those Killed is believed to be Wissam Mohammed “Abu Bakr”al-Saadi, The Top Commander in Charge of Kata’ib Hezbollah’s Syrian Operations, Reuters reported.
Today’s Strike comes days after The U.S. Military launched a Targeted Air Assault on dozens of sites in Iraq and Syria controlled by Iran-Backed Militias in retaliation for the January 28th Drone Strike that killed Three U.S Troops while they Slept in their quarters, and injured another Forty or so Troops at Tower 22 Military Base in Northern Jordan.
