
THREE WASHINGTON DC POLICE OFFICERS INJURED IN ACTIVE SHOOTING

WASHINGTON, DC.- Washington, DC Metropolitan Police have reported that Three Police Officers were Shot Wednesday Morning in Southeast D.C. The Three Officers were taken to an area Hospital, and their injuries were reported as Non-Life Threatening.
Authorities have not provided many details but reported in an Online Statement, that on Wednesday, February 14, 2024, at 8:30 a.m., Metropolitan Police Officers were responding to The 5000 Block of Hanna Place Southeast, for an investigation near The J.W. King Senior Center.
Unconfirmed reports have stated that the Shooting remains active and may have developed into a Barricade Situation. Metropolitan Police have advised residents to avoid the area, and Local Schools were placed on Lockdown. More information may become available once released by Authorities.
