MANHATTAN, NY.- New York Supreme Court Judge Arthur Engoron has Found Former President Donald Trump Liable, ordering Trump and The Trump Organization to Pay $364 Million, and Barred Trump from Holding Executive Office in a New York Corporation for Three Years.

Former President Trump’s two sons, Donald Trump, Jr. and Eric Trump have also been Barred from Holding Executive Offices for a period of Two Years.

Judge Engoron’s ruling follows an Eleven Week Civil Trial in New York where Trump and his Three Adult Children Testified.

New York Attorney General Letitia James, while running for New York Attorney General campaigned on Getting Trump, filed suit against Former President Trump, his Two Adult Sons, and Trump Organization Executives in 2022 for issuing Fraudulent Financial Statements, that supposedly included 200 False or Misleading Asset Values between 2011 and 2021, to get more favorable loan terms and business deals.

Whether you like Trump or you don’t, Today’s Decision has once again cast a dark cloud over our Legal System, with Trump being found liable and ordered to pay a fine in a Civil Case with no victim or victims. It is becoming evermore apparent that if Trump had not decided to run for President in 2024 would he be having to fight all these legal battles. You must question, what has happened to the Fundamental Fairness in our Justice System?

You must ask yourself, how many other suits have been filed against other New York Individuals or Businesses on the same Fraud Allegations, Likely None. Further, what is The $364 Million Penalty Based Upon. Today’s ruling will only lead to more businesses to flee New York
