WEST MILFORD, NJ. – A 32-Year-Old West Milford, New Jersey man, and Township of West Milford has been Formally Charged with Criminal Sexual Contact and Harassment after Inapproprately Touching an Adult Individual inside a Township Residence.

According to Passaic County Prosecutor Camelia M. Valdes, on Sunday, February 4, 2024, The West Milford Police Department received a report that Matthew P. Conlon, 32, of West Milford, New Jersey, Touched The Intimate Part of an Adult Victim in an Unwelcomed and Inappropriate Manner within a Residence in The Township of West Milford.
After receiving the report The West Milford Police Department referred the matter to The Passaic County Prosecutor’s Office Special Victims Unit. Following an investigation, Detectives determined that there was evidence to support that alleged crimes had been committed. Based on the investigation Mr. Conlon was Formally Charged by Summons on One Count of Fourth Degree Criminal Sexual Contact; and a Disorderly Persons Offense of Harassment.
If Convicted on The Charges Mr. Conlon will Face a Term of Incarcement of up to Eighteen Months in New Jersey State Prison.
