SUPREME COURT DELIVERS A 9-0 VICTORY TO TRUMP IN COLORADO BALLOT DISPUTE

“Today’s Decision By The Court Will Affect More Than 30 States That Have Consider Challenges To Remove Trump From Their Ballots.”

WASHINGTON, DC.- The United States Supreme Court on Monday delivered a Sweeping Win to Former President Donald Trump, by Ruling no State can Remove Trump from its Ballot over his actions leading up to The January 6, 2021, Protests at The U.S. Capitol.

The Court, in an Unsigned Ruling in a 9-0 Decision, reversed The Colorado Supreme Court Decision, that Trump could not serve again as President under Section 3 of The U.S. Constitution’s 14th Amendment. In its Decision, The Court said The Colorado Supreme had erred in that States can determine whether a Presidential Candidate is ineligible under a provision of The U.S. Constitution’s 14th Amendment.

Today’s Ruling makes it clear that only Congress, not the individual States has to set the rules on how The 14th Amendment Provision can be Enforced. As such the decision applies to all States, not just Colorado.

“Because the Constitution makes Congress, rather than the states, responsible for enforcing section 3 against all federal officeholders and candidates, we reverse,” the ruling stated.

Monday’s unanimous ruling comes just one day before the Colorado Primary.

In addition to ensuring that Former President Trump remains on Colorado’s Ballot, the decision will also put an end to similar cases that have arisen. As of date, only Two Other States, Maine, and Illinois have followed Colorado’s Path.

The decision warned of the dangers of a mixture of decisions throughout The Country that could send elections into complete chaos if State Officials had the freedom to determine who could appear on the Ballot for President.

“The result could well be that a single candidate would be declared ineligible in some states, but not others, based on the same conduct,” the ruling stated.

Trump’s victory today, has removed one roadblock in his path to regaining the White House in The 2024 Election and has restored some trust in the American Voters, but there are still many more roadblocks for him to overcome.
