54-YEAR-OLD WALDWICK MAN CHARGED WITH THE FEBRUARY 2024 SEXUAL ASSAULT OF A WOMAN

SADDLE RIVER, NJ.- On Thursday, a 54-Year-Old Waldwick, New Jersey man was Taken into Custody and Charged for Allegedly Sexually Assaulting a woman while she was working inside a Saddle River, New Jersey Home.
According to Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella, on Monday, February 26, 2024, The Saddle River Police Department contacted The Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Special Victims Unit after receiving a Report that a woman had allegedly been Sexually Assaulted while she was at work in a Saddle River Residence.
An investigation was launched, and Detectives of The Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office and The Saddle River Police Department determined that Muhammad Nadeem Yousuf, 54, of Waldwick, New Jersey, Sexually Assaulted the woman while working inside The Residence.
Accordingly, on Thursday, April 4, 2024, Mr. Yousuf was Taken into Custody and Formally Charged with One Count of Second Degree Sexual Assault.
Yousuf was Processed on The Charge and was Remanded to The Bergen County Jail pending Future Court Proceedings in Bergen County Superior Court in Hackensack, New Jersey.
