Tuesday, June 11, 2024, 11:15 A.M. ET. By Jennifer Hodges: Englebrook Independent News,

WILMINGTON, DE.- A Federal Jury has found Hunter Biden guilty on all counts of Federal Firearms Violations. Following a six-day trial in Wilmington Delaware, the jury deliberated for just a little over three hours over two days before returning a unanimous guilty verdict.

The jury has convicted Biden of Making a False Statement to a Licenced Gun Dealer; Making a False Statement on a Federal Firearms Form ATF-4473; and Possession of a Gun by a Prohibited Person.

Hunter Biden can face up to 25 years in Federal Prison and up to $750,000 in fines when sentenced, but the sentencing range for a first-time offender is between six to ten months in Federal Prison, it is unlikely that Biden will receive any term of incarceration.

“This is a developing story more information will provided once it is released by Federal Officials.
