25-Year-Old Wallington Man Charged Today With Possession Of Child Pornography

WALLINGTON, NJ.- Today, a 25-year-old Wallington, New Jersey man was taken into custody and charged in connection with the possession of child sexual abuse material.
According to Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella, earlier today, members of the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Cyber Crimes Unit executed a court-authorized search warrant at the residence of Elvis Daniel Camacho Montilla, 25, of Wallington, New Jersey during the course of an internet child pornography investigation.
The investigation determined that Montilla accessed and used the internet to view, download, and possess digital images depicting nude and or sexually explicit prepubescent children.
Accordingly, at the conclusion of the investigation, on Wednesday, June 19, 2024, Montilla was taken into custody at the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office and formally charged with third-degree Possession of Child Sexual Abuse Material. Following being processed on the charge Montilla was remanded to the Bergen County Jail pending future court proceedings in Bergen County Superior Court in Hackensack, New Jersey.
