71-Year-Old Pennsauken Man Has Been Convicted By A Jury For Sexually Assaulting Two Minors Over 9 Years

PENNSAUKEN, NJ.- Last Friday, a 71-year-old Pennsauken, New Jersey man learned he will end up dying in prison after a jury sitting in Camden County, New Jersey found the man guilty in connection with the repeated and reprehensible sexual assaults of two juveniles that occurred in Pennsauken, New Jersey over nine years.

     According to Camden County Prosecutor Grace C. MacAulay, on Friday, June 14, 2024, a jury convicted Henry Parker, 71, of Pennsauken, on two counts of first-degree Aggravated Sexual Assault; five counts of second-degree Sexual Assault; four counts of second-degree Endangering the Welfare of a Child; five counts of third-degree Aggravated Criminal Sexual Contact; and one count of Engaging or Soliciting Prostitution of a Minor.

     During the trial, the victims testified that the sexual assaults were ongoing and occurred at Parker’s home in Pennsauken, New Jersey, from October 2009 until they reported the assaults to the Police in January 2018.

     Following the jury returning the guilty verdicts, Parker was remanded to the Camden County Correctional Facility. Sentencing in the matter has been scheduled for August 23, 2024, at which time Parker will face the potential of 25 years to life in New Jersey State Prison.
