WASHINGTON, DC.- On Tuesday, The District of Columbia Court of Appeals stated in a ruling that it has decided to suspend the law license of Hunter Biden, the son of President Joe Biden as a result of Biden’s Delaware Federal conviction on three Federal Firearms Offenses.

The court ordered that Hunter Biden “be suspended immediately from the practice of law in the District of Columbia pending resolution of this matter” and instructed the Board of Professional Responsibility to launch formal proceedings to “determine the nature of the offense and whether it involves moral turpitude within the meaning of DC Code 11-2503(a).

The Office of the Disciplinary Counsel in Washington D.C. sent a letter to the District of Columbia Court of Appeals last week seeking to have Biden’s law license suspended following his guilty verdict earlier in the month.

On Monday, Hunter Biden’s attorneys requested a trial in the case, arguing that the judge lacked jurisdiction to hold a trial due to pending appeals rulings.
