MAYS LANDING, NJ.- Today, a Grand Jury sitting in Atlantic County, New Jersey, has returned an indictment charging Stephen Sirch, 30, of Voorhees, New Jersey, on the charge of second-degree Vehicular Homicide in connection with a fatal crash that occurred on April 3, 2024, in Hamilton Township, New Jersey, that claimed the life of a 29-year-old woman.

According to Atlantic County Prosecutor William E. Reynolds, on April 3, 2024, at approximately 2:15 p.m., members of the Hamilton Township Police Department responded to a serious motor vehicle crash on Black Horse Pike in Hamilton Township, New Jersey.

Upon arrival, Police Officers found a two-vehicle crash. The initial investigation determined that Sirch’s vehicle struck a vehicle being driven by Karina E, Castillo, 29, of Clementon, New Jersey, causing fatal injuries to Ms. Castillo, who was pronounced deceased at the scene.
