43-Year-Old Teacher Charged Has Been Charged With Engaging In A Sexual Relationship With A Student

FREEHOLD, NJ.- Monmouth County Prosecutor Raymond S. Santiago reported, that following an investigation, a Freehold Intermediate School teacher was taken into custody and jailed following being charged in connection with having an inappropriate sexual relationship with a preteen student.
Allison Havemann-Niedrach, 43, of Jackson, New Jersey, has been charged with one count of first-degree Aggravated Sexual Assault; and one count of second-degree Endangering the Welfare of a Child.
A joint investigation by members of the Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Office Special Victims Bureau and the Freehold Borough Police Department determined that Havemann-Niedrach engaged in sexual conduct with a child that began earlier this year.
Havemann-Niedrach was taken into custody without incident early this week. Following being processed on the charges Havemann-Niedrach was remanded to the Monmouth County Correctional Institution where she remains pending future court proceedings in Monmouth County Superior Court in Freehold, New Jersey.
The Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Office has filed a motion to have Havemann-Niedrach detained pending trial.
