Morris County Authorities Are Asking For The Public’s Help In Locating Missing Morris County Girl

MORRIS TOWNSHIP, NJ.- Morris County Prosecutor Robert J. Carroll, Morris County Chief of Detectives Robert McNally, and Morris County Sheriff James M. Gannon, are asking for the public’s help in locating a 15-year-old girl who was last seen in Morris Township, New Jersey on Saturday, July 27, 2024.

     Shoshana Acevedo, 15, who also goes by the nickname “Sho,” was last seen on Hanover Avenue in Morris Township, New Jersey, on July 27, 2024, at just around 11:00 p.m. Shosana has ties to Belvidere, in Warren County, New Jersey, Somerset County, New Jersey, and the Palmer, Pennsylvania area.

     She has no cell phone. An initial search by Sheriff’s Office K-9s and an aerial drone was unsuccessful.

     At this stage of the investigation, Morris County law enforcement is seeking the public’s assistance in locating Shoshana.

     Shoshana has brown hair and brown eyes. She weighs approximately 138 pounds and is 5 feet 2 inches in height.
