COLUMBUS, OH.- U.S. Attorney Kenneth L. Parker reported on Wednesday, August 28, 2024, that Terrael A. Alls, 29, of Columbus, Ohio, appeared in U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio, and was sentenced by a U.S.District Court Judge to 300 months in federal prison for sex trafficking and use of a facility of interstate commerce in aid of racketeering.
According to documents filed with the court, the Central Ohio Human Trafficking Task Force first received a tip about Alls’ activities in February 2022.
Alls had given a business card advertising a “modeling agency” to a woman while she was staying at the Red Roof Inn on Renner Road in Columbus, Ohio. The woman found the interaction suspicious and alerted police officials. The business card was for a company called Elite Diamond Studios, and the advertised phone numbers were later linked to Alls and various online sex escort advertisements.
A.K.A.
Alls, also known as “Rell” and “Ace,” recruited women under the guise of modeling for him as a photographer. He lured them into promises of being “star players” who, as part of his team, would work with his marketing and advertising agency. In reality, Alls served as a manager for his victims, advertising them for sexual escort services on various websites and often filming their sexual exploitations.
Further, Alls controlled some of his victims with drugs, such as fentanyl and methamphetamine, then later used their narcotics dependency against them to continue profiting from their sexual exploitation.
Physical Abuse
For other victims, Alls controlled them with physical violence and threats. He discharged a gun near one of the victim’s heads and threatened to pistol-whip her, punched numerous victims while slamming them onto tables.
At the time of Alls’ arrest in March 2023, he had more than 42,000 sexually explicit digital images, videos, and advertisements on his laptop, including images and videos that were identified in this case. Alls used many of those videos to continue to earn money from the exploitation of his victims and revictimized them in the process.
