Hudson County Narcotics Task Force Charges 3 In Cocaine & MDMA Distribution Network

SECAUCUS, NJ.- Hudson County Prosecutor Esther Suarez reported that following a narcotics investigation into the distribution of cocaine and MDMA throughout the Hudson County area, specifically Secaucus, New Jersey. Detectives have charged three men and, during the investigation, recovered over 150 grams of cocaine and approximately 20 grams of MDMA.
Charges Filed
Nelson Villegas-Rios, 33, of Lyndhurst, New Jersey, is charged with three counts of Distribution of Cocaine/MDMA; three counts of Conspiracy to Distribute Cocaine; and two counts of Possession with Intent to Distribute MDMA.
Sebastian Ospina Osorio, 34, of New York, is charged with Distribution of Cocaine; Conspiracy to Distribute Cocaine; and two counts of Possession with Intent to Distribute Cocaine/MDMA.
Villegas-Rios and Osorio were taken into custody on August 7, 2024, on Plaza Drive in Secaucus, New Jersey. They were processed on the charges pending future court proceedings in Hudson County Superior Court in Jersey City, New Jersey.
As part of the ongoing investigation, members of the Port Authority Police Department arrested Larry Brito Marin, 27, of Lodi, New Jersey. Marin was taken into custody at John F. Kennedy International Airport on Tuesday, September 3, 2024. Marin is charged with three counts of Conspiracy to Distribute Cocaine. Marin was processed on the charges pending future court proceedings in Hudson County Superior Court.
