Pittsburgh Man Indicted For Possession With Intent To Distribute Fentanyl

PITTSBURGH, PA.- According to U.S. Attorney Eric G. Olshan, on Tuesday, September 17, 2024, a Federal Grand Jury for the Western District of Western Pennsylvania returned an indictment against Drew Gordon, 22, of Pittsburgh, on a charge of Possession with Intent to Distribute Fentanyl.

     According to information unsealed in the indictment, on or about August 30, 2024, Gordon, while in the Allegheny County, Pennsylvania area, Possessed with Intent to Distribute a Quantity of Fentanyl.

If Convicted On Charge

     If convicted, Gordon could face a federal prison term of up to 20 years, a $1 million fine, or both. Under the Federal Sentencing Guidelines, the actual sentence imposed would be based upon the seriousness of the offense and Gordon’s prior criminal history, if any.

“The rules of the court require us to include a statement that states: The charges outlined in this publication are merely accusations, and the defendant and or defendants are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty beyond reasonable doubt.”
