Rochester Man Sentenced To Prison For Role In Cocaine Conspiracy

ROCHESTER, NY.- On Tuesday, October 8, 2024, Dante Bolling, 25, of Rochester, New York, appeared in U.S. District Court for the Western District of New York and was sentenced by Chief U.S. District Court Judge Elizabeth A. Wolford to 60 months in federal prison for his previously entered guilty pleas to a federal drug and firearms charges.
According to U.S. Attorney Trini E. Ross, Bolling had previously pleaded guilty before Judge Wolford to Conspiracy to Possess with Intent to Distribute 500 Grams or More of Cocaine; and Possession of Ammunition by an Unlawful User of a Controlled Dangerous Substance.
According to charging information filed with the court, beginning of August 2020 and lasting through August 25, 2022, Bolling conspired with others to sell large quantities of cocaine throughout the Rochester, New York, area.
Investigators Execute Search Warrant
Following an investigation into Bolling’s drug trafficking activities, on August 25, 2022, law enforcement investigators executed a court-authorized search warrant at Bolling’s Mayflower Street residence. During the search, investigators uncovered and seized just around 66 grams of cocaine and drug paraphernalia. That same day, Bolling, knowing he was using marijuana, possessed a firearm and ammunition.
The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives, New York Field Division, investigated the case.
