NEW BRUNSWICK, NJ.- Following a swift-moving investigation, two New Brunswick, New Jersey men have been taken into custody and jailed after Detectives have charged both in connection with last Wednesday night’s brutal stabbing death of a 23-year-old New Brunswick, New Jersey man.

As previously reported, on Wednesday, November 6, 2024, just shortly before 11:00 p.m., members of the New Brunswick Police Department responded to a 911 Emergency Call reporting an individual bleeding profusely on Seaman Street in the City.

Upon arrival, Police Officers found Gonzalo Napolean Quispez-Parades, 23, of New Brunswick, unresponsive on the sidewalk with a large laceration to his stomach. Mr. Quispez-Parades was subsequently pronounced deceased at the scene.

The initial investigation by Detective Sean Freeman of the New Brunswick Police Department and Detective Stephanie Redline of the Middlesex County Prosecutor’s Office determined that Mr. Quispez-Parades was involved in an altercation with Lorenzo Roman-Tecu, 33, of New Brunswick, and Eustaquio Garcia Cuxum, 19, of New Brunswick. During the fight, Mr. Quispez-Parades was fatally stabbed.
