Johnstown Man Sentenced To Prison For Distributing Fentanyl

JOHNSTOWN, PA.- On Tuesday, December 3, 2024, Nathaniel Jackson, 49, of Johnstown, Pennsylvania, appeared in U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania and was sentenced by U.S. District Court Judge Stephanie L. Haines to 120 months in federal prison, to be followed by three years of supervised release on his conviction of Possession with Intent to Distribute Fentanyl.
According to U.S. Attorney Eric G. Olshan and documents filed with the district court, around April 29, 2019, and around May 1, 2019, Jackson, within the Western District of Pennsylvania, distributed and possessed an amount of fentanyl.
U.S. Attorney Olshan commended the Laurel Highlands Resident Agency of the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the Cambria County Drug Task Force for the investigation that led to Jackson’s successful prosecution.
