Leichty to 120 months in federal prison, to be followed by seven years of supervised release for Possession of Child Pornography.

Federal Agents Raid Frazier’s Home And Find Pornography

During a subsequent investigation into Frazier’s Internet activities, agents of the Department of Homeland Security Investigations, the Indiana State Police, and the Michigan City Police Department obtained and executed a court-authorized search warrant at Frazier’s LaPorte residence.

During the search, agents uncovered an electronic device that contained 18 digital images and 18 video files depicting the sexual exploitation and abuse of children, which led to Frazier being taken into custody and charged.

The investigation and case were brought as part of Project Safe Childhood, a nationwide initiative launched in May 2006 by the U.S. Department of Justice to combat the growing epidemic of child sexual exploitation and abuse.
