OMAHA, NE.- U.S. Attorney Susan T. Lehr reported on Thursday, December 19, 2024, Daniella M. Fedail, 30, of Omaha, Nebraska, appeared in the U.S. District Court for the District of Nebraska and was sentenced by U.S. District Court Judge Brian C. Buescher to 120 months in federal prison, to be followed by five years of supervised release for her conviction on the federal charge of Distribution of Methamphetamine.

According To Charging Documents Filed With The Court

According to charging information filed with the District Court on December 15, 2023, a confidential informant operating under the observation of Drug Enforcement Administration agents made a controlled purchase of one pound of methamphetamine. The confidential informant first met with Williams, going by the name of Hanna Faust, at a prearranged buy location in mid-town Omaha.

Faust then called her supplier, who advised that a silver Impala would arrive shortly. Fedail drove to the parking lot and, accepted the buy-money, and handed over a package that contained 454 grams of methamphetamine.

On December 21, 2023, Drug Enforcement Administration agents obtained and executed a court-authorized search warrant at Fedial’s Omaha residence. Fedial was taken into custody and, during questioning, she admitted to engaging in methamphetamine trafficking activities.
