At sentencing, a U.S. District Court Judge will determine the actual term of imprisonment based on the seriousness of the offenses and Robinson’s prior criminal history.
According To The U.S. Attorney’s Office
According to U.S. Attorney Joshua S. Levy and charging documents filed with the court, in 2023, Robison engaged in a controlled purchase with a confidential informant to sell four firearms, which included two ghost guns, one of which was an assault rifle, knowing that the confidential informant was a prohibited person.
Following selling the firearm, investigators obtained and executed a court-authorized search warrant at Robinson’s residence, where investigators located and seized 3.3 kilograms of cocaine, as well as several firearms and accessories, including a ghost gun assault rifle.
