Rocky River Man Sentenced For Sexually Exploiting Children & Toddlers

CLEVELAND, OH.- Late last month, a 21-year-old Rocky River, Ohio, man and convicted child predator learned he would be spending the next three and half decades in federal prison after being sentenced for sexually exploiting children, including two toddlers who he sexually assaulted at a Daycare Center, and possessing and distributing digital images and video files of child pornography.
On Thursday, January 30, 2025, Conner Matthew Walker, 21, of Rocky River, Ohio, appeared in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio and was sentenced by U.S. District Court Judge Bridget Meehan Brennan to 420 months in federal prison, to be followed by twenty years of supervised release for his previously entered guilty.
Walker previously appeared in federal court in Cleveland, Ohio, and pleaded guilty to three counts of Sexual Exploitation of Children; one count of Receipt and Distribution of Child Pornography; and one count of Possession of Child Pornography.

According to Assistant U.S. Attorney Jennifer J. King and statements made during Walker’s plea allocution, Walker admitted to sexually assaulting his victims and recording the sexual abuse on his cellular phone beginning in September 2023 and lasting through January 2024. Walker further admitted that he had connected with an 11-year-old girl through an online children’s application and coerced her to send him sexually explicit digital images.
Walker Sexual Assaulted Two Toddlers At Home Daycare
During the investigation, two additional child victims were identified as toddlers at a home daycare in Parma Heights, Ohio, where Walker stayed occasionally. During that time, he sexually assaulted the toddlers, and filmed the abuse, and then uploaded and shared the content he produced on social media chat forums.
Investigators executed a court-authorized search of Walker’s cellular phone and uncovered more than 1,000 digital images and video files depicting the sexual exploitation and abuse of prepubescent and pubescent children.
