Huntington County Man Sentenced For Production Of Child Pornography

HARRISBURG, PA.- A 32-year-old former Shade Gap, Pennsylvania man will be spending nearly the next 20 years in federal prison after being sentenced late last month for enticing a 15-year-old girl to engage in illicit sexual conduct so he could create digital images and video files of child pornography.

     On Thursday, February 27, 2025, Gage Wagner, 32, formerly of Shade Gap, Pennsylvania, appeared in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania and was sentenced by U.S. District Court Judge Jennifer P. Wilson to 200 months in federal prison for his previously entered guilty plea to Production of Child Pornography.

According To The U.S. Attorney’s Office

     According to Acting U.S. Attorney John C. Gurganus and charging documents filed with the District Court, Wagner engaged in sexual contact with a 15-year-old child over 100 times and enticed and induced the child to create digital images and video files of child pornography in Mifflin County, Pennsylvania.

     Acting U.S. Attorney Gurganus commended the investigative work of the Pennsylvania State Police and the Federal Bureau of Investigation for the successful prosecution of Wagner.
