Teaneck Man Charged With Sexually Assaulting Preteen

TEANECK, NJ.- On Friday, a 37-year-old Teaneck, New Jersey, man was taken into custody and jailed after being charged with repeatedly sexually assaulting a preteen child in Cliffside Park, New Jersey.
According to Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella, last Friday, March 7, 2025, members of the Teaneck Police Department contacted the Detectives of the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Special Victims Unit after Teaneck Officers received a report regarding the sexual assault of a child that had occurred in the past.
Detectives Uncover Evidence Of Sexual Assault
An investigation by Detectives of the Bergen County Special Victims Unit in conjunction with the Teaneck Police Department and following interview witnesses, including the child victim, quickly determined that Hector R. Estrada Roca, 37, of Teaneck, New Jersey, allegedly committed multiple acts of sexual assault upon a child who was under the age of thirteen between 2021 and 2023, in Teaneck, New Jersey.
Charged Filed On Friday
Accordingly, on Friday, March 7, 2025, Estrada-Roca was taken into custody at the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office in Paramus, New Jersey, and formally charged with three counts of second-degree Sexual Assault; and third-degree Endangering the Welfare of a Child.
Estrada-Roca was processed on the charges and was remanded to the Bergen County Jail, pending future proceedings in Bergen County Superior Court in Hackensack, New Jersey.
