MOUNT LAUREL, NJ.- Last Wednesday, following a trial in Burlington County Superior Court, a jury found a 33-year-old Warren, Massachusetts, man guilty of sending nude digital images of himself to an underage Burlington County teen girl.

According to Burlington County Prosecutor LaChia L. Bradshaw, after deliberating for just an hour, a Burlington County Superior Court jury on February 26, 2025, found Andrew J. Hall, 33, of Warren, Massachusetts, guilty of third-degree Endangering the Welfare of a Child; third-degree Providing Obscene Material to a Minor; and two counts of fourth-degree Criminal Sexual Contact.

Sentencing Scheduled For June 6th

Following the jury returning their findings of guilt, Superior Court Judge Aimee Belgard accepted the verdict and scheduled sentencing for June 6, 2025. At that time, Hall faces up to five years in New Jersey State Prison on each of the third-degree counts and up to eighteen months in prison on each of the fourth-degree counts.

According To The Prosecutor’s Office

According to the Prosecutor’s Office, the investigation began in September 2022 after the teen girl and her parents reported the interaction to a Burlington County Police Department. The investigation uncovered that Hall contacted the child on an instant messaging application on a social media platform. During the messaging, the conversations eventually turned sexual in nature, with Hall and the child exchanging nude digital images and video files.

Further investigation revealed that Hall was aware that the girl was underage and expressed a desire to meet with her in person once she turned 16 years old.
