Cresskill Man Charged With Distributing LSD & Opioid Pills

TENAFLY, NJ.- On Thursday, April 3, 2025, following a narcotics investigation, a 21-year-old Cresskill, New Jersey, man was taken into custody and charged with multiple narcotics offenses in connection with the distribution of LSD and opioid pills throughout the Bergen County, New Jersey, area.

     According to Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella, beginning in March 2025, members of the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Narcotics Task Force and the Paramus Police Department launched a month-long investigation into narcotics activities within Bergen County. 

Undercover Investigators Identify Kishinevskiy As A Drug Dealer

     During the investigation, undercover narcotics investigators identified Jeffrey S. Kishinevskiy, 21, of Cresskill, New Jersey, as selling opioid pills and LSD in Bergen County. 

     On Thursday, April 3, 2025, at the culmination of the investigation, Detectives of the Bergen County Narcotics Task Force and the Paramus Police Department, with assistance from the U.S. Postal Inspections Service and the Tenafly Police Department, located and arrested Kishinevskiy in Tenafly, New Jersey. Additionally, during the arrest, detectives executed court-authorized search warrants on Kishinevskiy’s Cresskill, New Jersey residence and his vehicle.

Detectives File Charges

     Accordingly, after being taken into custody, Kishinevskiy was formally charged with first-degree Distribution of LSD; second-degree Distribution of LSD Within 500 Feet of a Public Park; and third-degree Distribution of Suspected Morphine Pills. Kishinevskiy was processed on the charges and was remanded to the Bergen County Jail. 

     During his initial court appearance, a Bergen County Superior Court Judge ordered Kishinevskiy to be released on bail monitoring conditions pending future court proceedings in Bergen County Superior Court in Hackensack, New Jersey.
