TRENTON, NJ.- Last Tuesday, April 8, 2025, a 76-year-old Trenton, New Jersey, man who was previously convicted of sexually assaulting an 11-year-old girl in September of 2001 was taken into custody and jailed after being charged with allegedly possessing digital images and video files depicting the sexual exploitation and abuse of children.

According to Mercer County Prosecutor Janetta D. Marbrey, on Tuesday, Upton Fink, 76, of Trenton, was formally charged with one count of third-degree Possession of Child Pornography.
