MOORESTOWN, NJ.- A 28-year-old Moorestown, New Jersey, man is facing up to 10 years in New Jersey State Prison after he was taken into custody and jailed after being charged last Wednesday in connection with allegedly possessing and distributing digital images and video files depicting the sexual exploitation and abuse of children.

According to Burlington County Prosecutor LaChia L. Bradshaw, on Wednesday, April 23, 2025, following an internet child pornography investigation, Kevin T. Kramarski, 28, of Moorestown, was taken into custody at his residence and formally charged with second-degree Possession with Intent to Distribute Child Pornography; second-degree Distribution of Child Pornography; third-degree Possession of Child Pornography; and fourth-degree Contempt of Court.

Kramarski Was Lodged In The County Jail After Being Charged

Kramarski was processed on the charges and was remanded to the Burlington County Jail pending future court proceedings in Burlington County Superior Court in Mount Holly, New Jersey. The Burlington County Prosecutor’s Office has filed a motion with the court to detain Kramarski pending trial. The motion is scheduled to be heard by a Superior Court Judge this week.

The charges stem from an investigation that began when Detectives of the Burlington County Prosecutor’s Office High-Tech Crimes Unit received a CyberTip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children regarding Kramarski’s online activities. During the investigation, Detectives uncovered that Kramarski actively sought to purchase digital images and video files of child pornography online.

The investigation further uncovered that Kramarski engaged in online chats with juveniles, where he attempted to entice and requested that the juveniles send him nude and sexually explicit photos of themselves.

Also on Wednesday, during the execution of a court-authorized search warrant at Kramarski’s residence, Detectives seized multiple electronic devices, which will be analyzed by Detectives.
