According to U.S. Attorney John A. Later that same month, he possessed and distributed child sexual abuse material on multiple social media platforms, including video files depicting very young children engaged in sexual acts and being subjected to sexual abuse by adults.
Following entering his guilty plea, Judge Brindisi accepted the plea and scheduled sentencing for August 26, 2025. LaRock will be required to pay restitution to any of his identified victims and be required to register as a sex offender in the national database.
When sentenced, a U.S. District Court Judge will determine the term of imprisonment based on the seriousness of the offenses and LaRock’s prior criminal history.
