York County Man Indicted On Production Of Child Pornography

HARRISBURG, PA.- On Wednesday, April 23, 2025, a Federal Grand Jury for the Middle District of Pennsylvania returned an indictment charging Robert Haley, 41, of York County, Pennsylvania, with Production of Child Pornography and Child Enticement, related offenses.

     According to Acting U.S. Attorney John C. Gurganus and charging information unsealed in the indictment, it is alleged that on March 29, 2021, in York County, Pennsylvania, Haley enticed an eleven-year-old child to engage in sexually explicit conduct in order to create four sexual exploitation videos. It is further alleged that on March 20, 2025, Haley possessed a SanDisk 64 GB micro-SD card that depicted the sexual exploitation of a child who was under the age of 12 years old.

     The case was brought as part of Project Safe Childhood, a nationwide initiative launched in May 2006 by the U.S. Department of Justice to combat the growing epidemic of sexual exploitation and abuse of children.
