PHILADELPHIA, PA.- A 44-year-old Warminster, Pennsylvania, man learned he could be facing up to 40 years in federal prison after pleading guilty yesterday to distributing and possessing digital images and video files depicting the sexual exploitation and sexual abuse of young children.
On Wednesday, April 30, 2025, Brian Zenszer, 44, of Warminster, Pennsylvania, appeared in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and pleaded guilty before U.S. District Court Judge Harvey Bartle, III, to one count of Distribution of Child Pornography; and one count of Possession of Child Pornography.
Following entering his guilty plea on Wednesday, Judge Bartle accepted the plea and scheduled sentencing for July 29, 2025. At that time, Zenszer faces a mandatory minimum of five years and up to 40 years in federal prison, at least five years of supervised release, and a fine of up to $250,000.
According To Court Documents
According to U.S. Attorney David Metcalf and charging information filed with the District Court, during his plea allocution, Zenszer admitted that around July 21, 2024, he knowingly distributed a visual depiction of a child engaged in sexually explicit conduct, and, around November 6, 2024, he possessed a Samsung cellular phone containing digital images and video files depicting the sexual exploitation and sexual abuse of children, including one or more prepubescent children engaged in sexually explicit conduct.
The charges stem from an investigation that began when law enforcement investigators received two CyberTips from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children regarding two accounts on the Kik messaging application that had uploaded files of child pornography. Investigators were able to trace and identify Zenszer as the owner of both accounts.

U.S. Attorney Metcalf commended the investigative work of the Bucks County District Attorney’s Office and the Federal Bureau of Investigation for the investigation which led to Zenszer’s guilty plea on Wednesday.
