Johnstown Woman Sentenced For Drug Trafficking

JOHNSTOWN, PA.- A 39-year-old Johnstown, Pennsylvania, woman will be spending over eight years in federal prison after she was sentenced last Thursday for her role in a drug trafficking conspiracy that distributed quantities of heroin, crack cocaine, fentanyl, and methamphetamine in the Western District of Pennsylvania.

     On Thursday, May 8, 2025, Jessica Wilson, 39, of Johnstown, Pennsylvania, appeared in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania and was sentenced by U.S. District Court Judge Marilyn J. Horan to 100 months in federal prison, to be followed by three years of supervised release, on her convictions of Conspiracy to Distribute and Possession with Intent to Distribute Controlled Substances, Crack Cocaine, Fentanyl, Heroin, and Methamphetamine.

According To Acting U.S. Attorney Troy Rivetti

     According to Acting U.S. Attorney Troy Rivetti and charging documents filed with the District Court, beginning around January 2021 and lasting through July 2021, within the Western District of Pennsylvania, Wilson was identified and conspired to distribute and possessed with the intent to distribute quantities of heroin, crack cocaine, and methamphetamine.

     During the ongoing investigation, Wilson was intercepted on a court-authorized federal wiretap, obtaining quantities of illicit narcotics that she would distribute to others. During a separately charged offense, beginning in April 2024 and lasting through June 2024, Wilson conspired to distribute and possessed with the intent to distribute quantities of substances that contained mixtures of fentanyl and methamphetamine.
