According to Acting U.S. Attorney Randolph J. Bernard and charging documents filed with the District Court, during an ongoing internet child enticement and pornography investigation. Investigators identified Seeger as an individual communicating with multiple young girls online. During those communications, Seeger enticed and persuaded multiple child victims to produce sexually explicit digital images and video files of themselves engaged in sexually explicit conduct.
