Louisville Child Predator Sentenced For Federal Child Exploitation Offenses

LOUISVILLE, KY.- Last Tuesday, a 57-year-old Louisville, Kentucky, man learned he could possibly die in federal prison after being sentenced to two decades in prison for multiple federal child enticement and pornography.
According to U.S. Attorney Kyle G. Bumgarner, on Tuesday, June 3, 2025, Robert Razor, 57, of Louisville, Kentucky, appeared in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Kentucky and was sentenced to 240 months in federal prison, to be followed by twenty years of supervised release for his conviction of multiple federal child sexual exploitation offenses.
Razor Convicted On Multiple Counts
Razor previously appeared in Federal Court in Louisville, Kentucky, and pleaded guilty to one count of Attempted Online Enticement of a Minor; one count of Online Enticement of a Minor; one count of Sexual Exploitation of a Minor; one count of Receipt of Child Pornography; and one count of Possession of Child Pornography.
“We must, and we will do everything we can to protect children of this from heinous acts of sexual exploitation,” said U.S. Attorney Bumgarner. “Sexual predators should take note: under this Administration, we will bring the full force of the federal government against you when we learn that you have preyed upon children.”
This case was brought as part of Project Safe Childhood, a nationwide initiative launched in May 2006 by the U.S. Department of Justice to combat the growing epidemic of child sexual exploitation and abuse.
