Atlantic County Woman Charged In Friday Afternoon Wawa Stabbing

BERLIN TOWNSHIP, NJ.- On Friday, a 36-year-old Egg Harbor City, New Jersey, woman was taken into custody and jailed after being charged in connection with a stabbing that occurred outside a Berlin Township Wawa convenience store.

     According to Camden County Prosecutor Grace C. MacAulay, on Friday, June 20, 2025, shortly before 2:45 p.m., members of the Berlin Township Police Department responded to a report of a stabbing at the Wawa Convenience store located on the 400 Block of Route 73 in the Township.

Police Find Man Stabbed Multiple Times

     Upon arrival, Police Officers found a 35-year-old Egg Harbor City, New Jersey, man suffering from multiple stab wounds in the parking lot of the store. The man was immediately airlifted to Cooper University Hospital for treatment and remains in critical condition.

     While on scene, Police Officers quickly located the suspect, identified as Kelli Feaster, 36, of Egg Harbor City, New Jersey, behind the store. During the initial investigation, Police Officers learned that during an apparent dispute, Feaster stabbed the man, whom she knew, multiple times.

Egg Harbor City Woman Charged With Attempted Murder

     Feaster was taken into custody and formally charged with first-degree Attempted Murder; second-degree Aggravated Assault; third-degree Possession of a Weapon for an Unlawful Purpose; and fourth-degree Unlawful Possession of a Weapon. Feaster was processed on the charges and was remanded to the Camden County Correctional Facility, pending future court proceedings in Camden County Superior Court. 

     The Camden County Prosecutor’s Office has filed a motion with the court to have Feaster detained pending trial.
