Gloucester County Meth Dealer Found Guilty On Federal Narcotics Crimes

CAMDEN, NJ.- A 39-year-old Williamstown, New Jersey, man will be facing up to life in federal prison after being found guilty earlier this month of distributing nearly eighteen pounds of methamphetamine and an ounce of fentanyl to an undercover federal agent during a Southern New Jersey narcotic investigation.
According to U.S. Attorney Alina Habba, on June 11, 2025, following a trial in Federal Court in Camden, New Jersey, a jury for the District of New Jersey found Ian Dudley, 39, of Williamstown, New Jersey, guilty of Conspiracy to Distribute and Possession with Intent to Distribute a Controlled Substance, Methamphetamine; two counts of Distribution of a Controlled Substance, Methamphetamine; and four counts of Distribution of Controlled Substances, Fentanyl and or Methamphetamine.
Dudley Scheduled For Sentencing On October 22, 2025
Following the jury returning their findings of guilt, U.S. District Court Judge Christine P. O’Hearn accepted the verdicts and scheduled sentencing for October 22, 2025. At that time, Dudley, on the counts of conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine and two of the counts of distribution of methamphetamine, faces up to 20 years in federal prison and a $1 million fine. On the four counts of distribution of methamphetamine and or fentanyl, Dudley faces a mandatory minimum of 10 years and up to life in federal prison.
According To Evidence And Testimony Presented At Trial
According to evidence and testimony presented at trial, beginning in and around June 2023 and lasting through October 2023, Dudley conspired with Joseph Watson and others to distribute crystal methamphetamine and fentanyl in the District of New Jersey, specifically Camden and Gloucester Counties.
During the course of the conspiracy, Dudley sold just around 17.5 pounds of crystal methamphetamine and just around one ounce of fentanyl to an undercover agent, resulting in his arrest and the June 11, 2025, federal conviction.

U.S. Attorney Alina Habba commended the investigative work of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives, which resulted in Dudley’s conviction.
