Teaneck Man Charged With Sexual Assault

EDGEWATER, NJ.- On Wednesday, following an investigation, a 55-year-old Teaneck, New Jersey, man, employed as a massage therapist at an Edgewater, New Jersey, Spa, was taken into custody and jailed after being charged in connection with the alleged sexual assault of a female client.
According to Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella, on Wednesday, June 4, 2025, the Edgewater Police Department contacted the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Special Victims Unit regarding an allegation of a sexual assault that occurred the day before the previous day at the SoJo Spa Club located in Edgewater, New Jersey.
Investigation Uncovers Sexual Assault By Masseur
During the ensuing investigation, Detectives of the Bergen County Special Victims Unit and the Edgewater Police Department determined that Dong H. Oh, 55, of Teaneck, New Jersey, while performing a massage, sexually assaulted a woman at the spa.
Accordingly, following the investigation, on Wednesday, July 2, 2025, Oh was taken into custody in Edgewater, New Jersey, and formally charged with one count of second-degree Sexual Assault. Oh was processed on the charge and was remanded to the Bergen County Jail, pending future court proceedings in Bergen County Superior Court in Hackensack, New Jersey.
