Police Searching For Suspect In Friday Night Southeast Navy Yard Stabbing

WASHINGTON, DC.- The D.C. Metropolitan Police Department is actively searching for a woman wanted in connection with the stabbing of a man that occurred Friday night in the Navy Yard neighborhood in Southeast, D.C.
According to D.C. Metropolitan Police Chief Pamela A. Smith, on Friday, July 25, 2025, shortly after 8:30 p.m., members of the D.C. Metropolitan Police Department’s First District responded to multiple 911 Emergency Calls reporting a stabbing on the 1100 Block of First Street in Southeast, D.C.
Upon Arrival, Police Officers Find A Man Stabbed
Upon arrival, Police Officers found a man who was suffering from a stab wound. The man was immediately transported by DC Fire and Emergency Medical Services to a nearby hospital for treatment.
During the ensuing investigation, Responding Police Officers and Detectives were able to recover surveillance camera footage that captured a picture of the female suspect, which is shown in the above photo.
