Towzyloski Was Jailed After Being Charged
Towzyloski, who is employed by the Mount Laurel Municipal Utilities Authority, was taken into custody on Monday, August 11, 2025, by Detectives of the Mount Laurel Township Police Department and the Burlington County Prosecutor’s Office Special Victims Unit. Following being processed on the charges, Towzyloski was remanded to the Burlington County Jail, pending future court proceedings in Burlington County Superior Court in Mount Holly, New Jersey.
Family Member Of The Child Reports Sexual Assaults To Police
The charges stem from an investigation that was initiated last week after a family member of an underage teen girl contacted the Mount Laurel Police Department, reporting the sexual assaults that had occurred earlier this summer. During the investigation, Detectives determined that Towzyloski arranged to meet the child in person after communicating with her online.
The alleged sexual assaults occurred in Towzyloski’s vehicle while it was parked on a Mount Laurel Township street. No other information was released by Police in an effort to protect the child’s identity.
