CINCINNATI, OH.- A 26-year-old Mexican national, illegally residing in Hamilton County, Ohio, if convicted, learned he will have to die at least two times in federal prison before he is finally deported, after being federally indicted last Wednesday for sexually abusing a preteen girl on multiple occasions and filming the alleged abuse.

According to U.S. Attorney Dominick S. Gerace, II, on Wednesday, August 13, 2025, a Federal Grand Jury for the Southern District of Ohio returned an indictment, charging Victor Juarez, 26, illegally residing in Hamilton County, Ohio, with 13 counts of Sexual Exploitation of a Child.

According To The Charging Information Filed In The Indictment

According to the charging information unsealed in the federal indictment, it is alleged that between October 2024 and November 2024, Juarez sexually abused a 12-year-old girl on thirteen occasions within Hamilton County, in the Southern District of Ohio, and each occasion video recorded the sexual abuse, to create video files of child pornography.

Juarez Initially Charged With State Child Rape Charges

In February 2025, Juarez was initially charged in the Hamilton County Court of Common Pleas with rape. The federal charges will now supersede the local Ohio State charges.

If convicted on all counts, Juarez faces a mandatory minimum of 195 years and up to 390 years in federal prison. Upon completion of any sentence imposed, upon a finding of guilt, Juarez would face immediate deportation proceedings and be removed from the United States.

“The rules of the federal court require us to include a statement that states: The charges outlined in this publication are merely accusations, and the defendant and or defendants are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty beyond reasonable doubt.”
