CONCORD, NH.- On Monday, a 31-year-old Harrisville, New Hampshire, man, a previously convicted online child stalker, was sentenced to nearly a decade in federal prison for possessing digital images and video files depicting the sexual exploitation and abuse of prepubescent and pubescent children.

According to U.S.Attorney Erin Creegan, on Monday, August 18, 2025, Ryan Vallee, 31, of Harrisville, New Hampshire, appeared in the U.S. District Court for the District of New Hampshire and was sentenced by U.S. District Court Judge Samantha D. Elliott to 108 months in federal prison, to be followed by five years of supervised release, after pleading guilty in April to Aiding and Abetting the Production of Child Pornography.

In addition to the term of imprisonment, Judge Elliott ordered Vallee to pay $10,000 inrestitution to his identified victims.

According To Court Documents

According to the charging documents and statements made in the District Court, on June 6, 2024, during an internet child pornography investigation, local and state law enforcement Investigators executed a court-authorized search warrant on Vallee’s home, vehicle, and electronic devices. During the search, Investigators located a cellular phone that contained four video files and 175 digital images depicting child pornography, and an SD card that included 11 video files containing child pornography.

At the time, Vallee was on federal supervised release following prior convictions in 2017 for interstate threats, computer fraud and abuse, aggravated identity theft, and cyberstalking.

“This defendant is a recidivist offender who illegally sought out CSAM while on federal supervised release,” said U.S. Attorney Erin Creegan. “This case is one of many that highlights the importance of reporting child sexual exploitation to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. A cybertip to NCMEC alerted law enforcement to online activity that led to the detection of the defendant’s crime.”
