Dominican Drug Dealer Pleads Guilty To Unlawful Reentry & Narcotics Charges

CONCORD, NH.- A 37-year-old Dominican illegal immigrant and previously convicted and deported child predator learned he could potentially be facing spending the next two decades in federal prison before he is deported, after pleading guilty in Federal Court in Concord, New Hampshire, on Monday, to illegally being in the United States, and distributing fentanyl in the District of New Hampshire.
According to U.S. Attorney Erin Greegan, on Monday, September 28, 2025, Robely Eladio De Jesus Guerrero, 37, of the Dominican Republic, illegally residing in Massachusetts, appeared in the U.S. District Court for the District of New Hampshire and pleaded guilty before U.S. District Court Judge Landya B. McCafferty to one count of Illegal Reentry by a Deported Alien; and one count of Distribution of Controlled Substances, Fentanyl and Methamphetamine.
De Jesus Guerrero Will Be Facing Up To 30 Years In Federal Prison
Following entering his guilty plea on Monday, Judge McCafferty accepted the plea and scheduled sentencing for January 8, 2026. At that time, on the narcotics charge, De Jesus Guerrero faces a mandatory minimum of five years and up to 20 years in federal prison, at least three years of supervised release, and a fine of up to $1 million. On the charge of illegal reentry by a convicted deported alien, De Jesus Guerrero faces a maximum of 10 years in federal prison and a $250,000 fine.
At sentencing, a U.S. District Court Judge will determine the term of imprisonment based on the seriousness of the offenses and De Jesus Guerrero’s prior criminal history. Upon completion of any sentence imposed, De Jesus Guerrero will face immediate deportation proceedings and be removed from the United States.
According To The Charging Information Filed With The Court
According to the charging information filed with the District Court, in 2020 and 2021, De Jesus Guerrero was convicted of identity theft and a child sexual offense in Massachusetts. In November 2021, Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Enforcement Removal Operations, removed De Jesus Guerrero from the United States back to the Dominican Republic.
Between August and September 2024, during an ongoing narcotics investigation, Federal Investigators from the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration utilized a confidential informant to purchase fentanyl and methamphetamine from De Jesus Guerrero in New Hampshire. During the two controlled buys in August 2024, De Jesus Guerrero sold the informant a total of around 120 grams of fentanyl. In September 2024, De Jesus Guerrero sold the informant around one pound of methamphetamine.
Following the controlled purchases, De Jesus Guerrero was taken into custody and formally charged. De Jesus Guerrero has remained in custody since his arrest.
