The guilty plea and sentence stem from an investigation that began on April 18, 2022, when, around 10:45 p.m., members of the Palmyra Police Department responded to a 911 Emergency Call reporting an unresponsive woman at the Hot Wet & Wax car wash located on Filmore Avenue in Palmyra.
