Glen Gardner Man Charged With Drug & Firearms Offenses

BELVIDERE, NJ.- Earlier this month, following an investigation, a 27-year-old Glen Gardner, New Jersey, man was taken into custody and jailed after being charged in connection with the sale of stolen firearms and narcotics offenses.

     According to Acting Warren County Prosecutor Jessica L. Cardone, Gabriel C. Tullo-McVicar, 27, of Glen Gardner, New Jersey, was formally charged with third-degree Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance, Methamphetamine; second-degree Possession of a Firearm While Possessing a Controlled Dangerous Substance; three counts of Possession of a Weapon for an Unlawful Purpose; second-degree Illegal Transportation and Sale of Defaced Firarms.

     Tullo-McVicar was additionally charged with two counts of third-degree Unlawful Possession of a Firearm; two counts of third-degree Receiving Stolen Property, Stolen Firearms; and third-degree Unlawful Possession of a Firearm. Tullo-McVicar was processed on the charges and was remanded to the Warren County Correctional Facility pending trial.

Charges Are The Result Of An Investigation Into Stolen Guns

     The charges stem from an investigation that began during the month of October into stolen property. During the investigation, Tullo-McVicar was identified as a suspect who was in possession of several stolen firearms. After further investigation, on October 10, 2025, Tullo-McVicar was taken into custody after selling seven stolen firearms. Additionally, at the time of his arrest, Tullo-McVicar was found in possession of methamphetamine.

     As a result of the investigation, Detectives successfully seized and removed a total of fifteen firearms from the community.

     If convicted at trial, Tullo-McVicar faces at least ten years in New Jersey State Prison.
