Police Searching For French Bulldog Puppies Stolen In Sunday Night Burglary

WASHINGTON, DC.- The D.C. Metropolitan Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating three French Bulldog puppies that were stolen during an armed break-in on Sunday night in Northeast, D.C.
According to D.C. Metropolitan Police Chief Pamela A. Smith, on Sunday, December 14, 2025, at around 7:00 p.m., members of the D.C. Metropolitan Police Department’s Fifth District responded to a 911 Emergency Call reporting a burglary that had just occurred at an apartment located on the 1500 Block of Benning Road in Northeast, D.C.
Upon arrival, Police Officers were informed that the suspects forcibly entered the residence, pulled out handguns, and demanded money and items from the residents. The suspects then grabbed three French Bulldog puppies and fled the scene.
The three French Bulldog puppies are shown in the photograph above.
