TINTON FALLS, NJ.- On Monday, December 22, 2025, Monmouth County Prosecutor Raymond S. Santiago reported that a 50-year-old Tinton Falls, New Jersey man has been convicted at trial on multiple drug offenses.

According to the Prosecutor’s Office, following a one-week trial in Monmouth County Superior Court, before Superior Court Judge Jason Rockwell, a jury found Timothy Bethea, 50, of Tinton Falls, New Jersey, guilty on the charges of second-degree Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance in excess of one-half ounce with the Intent to Distribute; and Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance, Crack Cocaine.

On March 12, 2023, Monmouth County Law Enforcement obtained and executed a court-authorized search warrant at the Carol Court home of Bethea. During the search, Investigators located and seized over 60 grams of powder and crack cocaine. At that time, Bethea was taken into custody and formally charged.
