WASHINGTON, DC.- A fourth United States military service member has died from injuries sustained during the opening phase of Operation Epic Fury, raising the confirmed American death toll to four, according to U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM).

     The service member had previously been listed among those seriously wounded during Iran’s initial retaliatory strikes and later succumbed to those injuries, officials said Monday.

     Defense officials confirmed that the casualties resulted from an incoming munition that struck a U.S. tactical operations center located at a base in Kuwait amid escalating regional hostilities tied to the widening conflict.

Deaths Occurred At Base In Kuwait;

     The Department of Defense has confirmed that all four U.S. service members were killed as a result of the strike on the American base in Kuwait during the early stages of Operation Epic Fury.

     As of publication, the Pentagon has not publicly released the names of the deceased service members. Officials stated that identities are being withheld pending formal notification of next of kin.

Escalation Of Regional Conflict;

     Operation Epic Fury began as a joint U.S.-Israeli military campaign targeting Iranian military infrastructure. From the beginning of the operation’s launch, Iran initiated retaliatory strikes across the region, including missile and drone attacks directed at U.S. and allied installations.

     Senior defense officials have indicated that combat operations remain active and that force protection measures have been heightened across U.S. facilities in the region.

     President Donald Trump acknowledged the risks associated with the ongoing military campaign, stating that the United States remains committed to protecting its personnel and strategic interests while responding to Iranian aggression.

     The deaths mark one of the most significant single-day losses of U.S. forces in the region in recent years and underscore the volatility of the expanding conflict.
