Police Asking For The Public’s Help In Locating Suspects In Northwest Shooting

WASHINGTON, DC.- The D.C. Metropolitan Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying two persons of interest wanted for questioning and a vehicle involved in connection with a shooting that occurred Saturday night in Northwest, D.C.

     According to D.C. Metropolitan Police Chief Pamela A. Smith, on Saturday, May 3, 2025, just shortly after 10:00 p.m., members of the D.C. Metropolitan Police Department’s Third District responded to reports of gunfire on the 2500 Block of Ontario Road in Northwest, D.C.

Police Find Man Shot On The Street

     Upon arrival, Police Officers located a man who had sustained a non-life-threatening gunshot wound. The man was immediately transported by DC Fire and Emergency Medical Services to a nearby hospital for treatment.

    During the ensuing investigation, Detectives recovered area video surveillance that captured persons of interest and the vehicle, as can be seen in the above video.
